Professor Pauline Riak, the deputy vice chancellor of University of Rumbek and director of the South Sudan Laboratories Council urged students in Abyei Administrative Area to pursue their education regardless of the security challenges.
She made the remarks at the officiation of the new science lab in Abyei Town on Tuesday 7th March 2023. Prof. Pauline said that education is the solution to all human problems. She added that security concerns in Abyei must not force learners to vacate classrooms.
Dr. Pauline in a public address pleaded with parents to give necessary support to their children who are struggling for a better future for their community.
