
South Sudan Secondary school examinations kicked off on Wednesday in Abyei administrative area.
More than forty students missed the tests while 203 learners attended including 70 females.
Speaking to Abyei FM head of education, information, culture, youth, and sports says that they have faced many challenges related to insecurity in the area.
Ajak Deng Miyen encouraged candidates to work hard to pass the tests.
Examinations started with commerce for arts section and chemistry for science section.
Tests are set to end on Friday 29th April 2022 with a mathematics subject.
