More than twenty health workers attend training on immunization in Abyei

The World Health Organization (WHO) in partnership with South Sudan health ministry conducted a workshop on vaccination in Agok in Abyei Administrative Area. Twenty-four health workers from nine health centers are attending this training.

Mr. Daniel Ariop is a representative from the South Sudan ministry of health who is facilitating the workshop. He said the aim is to teach workers how to administer vaccine doses to children and women and vaccine management and how to dispose of used syringes.

The workshop started on Monday and will last for five days.
